Bill Harris - CPA

Bill Harris is the principal of Elite Tax and Accounting. Bill uses his business experience and tax expertise to help his clients keep more of their hard-earned money. Bill’s guiding belief is to; “Empower the client with the knowledge they need in order to make decisions that enable them to achieve their financial goals.”

Bill received his B.S. degree in from the University of Southern California’s, School of Business and Accounting. Bill has over twenty years of professional experience and accomplishments with Corporations, Privately Held Firms and Individual Clients. Bill’s professional training and experience began with Peat Marwick & Main, prestigiously known as “a big Eight  Public Accounting Firm.” In 1990, Bill entered the private sector as the Chief Financial Officer of a major client. Over the next twelve years, he directed that company and other companies to increased revenue and net profits by more than 50%. He has personally provided tax services to hundreds of businesses and individuals since 1984.

Bill’s expertise includes financial strategy, business management, income taxes, real estate investments, personnel management, business acquisitions, financial audits, client representation with taxing authorities and serving as a confidential advisor to businesses and non-profit organizations.

Bill is active in various nonprofit, professional and community organizations including: Covina Chamber of Commerce, Pasadena Tournament of Roses, and USC Alumni Association.

Chris Perez - Client Management Service

Chris brings numerous years of experience to our Client Management Services which includes processing daily transaction for banks, invoicing, payables and bill paying. Chris provides monthly accounting for numerus client and assist in our ADP back office payroll services. In addition, Chris’s background includes experience with Lacerte, QuickBooks, CFS and other accounting programs.

A graduate of Notre Dame de Namur University, with a degree in Business Administration makes him an invaluable asset.

Karla Sedano - Client Management Services

Karla brings years of experience to our Client Management Services. Having worked in a family business, before coming to Elite Tax and Accounting, she knows the important of timely financial information and keeping current with all the filing requirements, such as Payroll, Sales, Workers compansation and other city licenses. 

She has extensive experience with Quickbooks, CFS and other accounting programs. Her ability to multitask makes her a valuable asset to the clients and the day to day operations of the company. 



Margaret Sanchez - Office Manager

Margaret brings to Elite Tax Accounting many years of  Office  Management through a range of Administrative, Financial and Managerial tasks. She is a useful resource in our ADP back office payroll service. Margaret is a graduate of Rio Hondo College. She assist in HR functions, IT functions, implementing and maintaining office procedures, and all filings of new Corporation, LLC and Dissolutions.

Margaret’s ‘can do’ attitude drives the office and clients always enjoy her backdoor humor.
